Money paid through a Formpey form goes directly to whoever made the form, into their own Razorpay account. We never hold it, so we cannot refund it, cancel it, or tell you when it will arrive.
Their contact details are on the form you filled in. The receipt we emailed you names the form and carries the Razorpay payment reference — quote it, because that is the identifier they can search their own dashboard by.

Reporting a form
Every published form has a report link in its footer. If a form is being used to defraud people, impersonate an organisation, or collect information it should not, that link reaches us fastest — and support@formpey.com works too.
