If you paid on a form, contact the organiser
Money paid through a Formpey form goes straight to whoever made the form. We never hold it, so we cannot refund it, cancel it, or tell you when it will arrive — only the organiser can.
Their contact details are on the form you filled in. The receipt we emailed you names the form and carries the Razorpay payment reference — quote it, because that is the identifier they can search their own dashboard by.

Reporting a form
Every published form carries a report link in its footer. If a form is being used to defraud people, impersonate an organisation, or collect information it should not, that link reaches us fastest — and support@formpey.com works too.
The report link is on both plans. Paying for Pro removes the Formpey badge it sits beside; it does not remove the link, because a paid plan that quietly bought immunity from abuse reports would be a bad thing for us to have built.
