A one-time payment for a fixed period. Nothing auto-renews, there is nothing to cancel, and no card is left on file.

0% commission, always
Formpey takes no cut of what you collect. Payments go straight from your respondent into your own Razorpay account, so the only fee on a transaction is Razorpay’s own — which they charge you directly, at whatever rate you have agreed with them.
This does not change on the paid plan. Pro lifts limits; it does not buy a better rate, because there is no rate for us to improve.
What happens if you stop paying
Nothing is deleted. Your forms, your responses and your exports stay exactly where they are — the three Pro limits simply reapply, so the badge comes back and the upload cap drops.
Forms you published while on Pro keep the settings they were published with until you publish them again, because a published form is frozen at publish rather than re-decided while somebody is filling it in.
Refunds
Full refund within 7 days of paying if Pro is not what you expected, no reason required. See refunds.
If you paid an organiser through someone’s form, that is a different thing entirely and this page is not about it — that money never reached us, so only they can return it.
